The University of Pennsylvania and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia are proud to partner to create The City of Motherly Love Breastfeeding Fair and Rally at Houston Hall (Bodek Lounge) on Wednesday, August 3! Come out to meet lots of breastfeeding influencers, supporters and moms, and enjoy free food and refreshments and outstanding raffle prizes!
- The Latch On America Film Crew will spend the morning before the event filming at Penn, the School of Nursing, and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. We'll discuss the Surgeon General's Call to Action, items 9 and 10 (learn more here!), and interview Dr. Diane Spatz (a leading in lactation research, especially for mothers who have infants with complex surgical anomalies), as well as several nurses and former students of Dr. Spatz. It's going to be an incredible day!
